Understanding the LIFT Lounge® Tiers

OnRamp: A private, personalized introduction (3, 6, or 9 sessions) to master safe movement, learn the LIFT Language, and build a solid foundation.
Catalyst: Semi-private sessions (max 6 clients) for those with a foundational understanding who are ready to train in a small group with individualized coaching.
Forge: Progressive strength training that helps members transition from beginner to intermediate, bridging the gap between Catalyst and Elite.
Elite: For experienced members seeking high-performance, advanced programming with a focus on peak force production, mobility, and measurable results.
Specialty Tracks: Sport-specific (golf, tennis) or accelerated programs designed to target specific skills or goals.
For New Clients & Goal-Driven Beginners
If this is your first time here, we’ll focus on your foundation. OnRamp and Catalyst sessions teach the LIFT Language, get you comfortable with our Variable Resistance Training Apparatus (VRTA), and prepare you for long-term success. You’ll learn the movements, understand your body’s needs, and build confidence in training without fear of injury.
Have specific health or performance goals? We can add a fitness assessment to identify strengths, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend the ideal session path — private 1:1, semi-private, sport-specific, or accelerated results.
New Clients — Step-by-Step Start
OPTION 1: Longevity Assessment (No Sweat Intro) – FREE – 30 mins
Our goal-setting session is free and designed to help you map out your path while deciding if our studio is the right fit for you. As a bonus, you’ll also receive a complimentary Longevity Assessment, which includes a Free InBody Scan & Grip Strength Test — no strings attached.
OPTION 2: Longevity Assessment Upgrade
Want a more comprehensive start? Upgrade by adding a 45‑minute fitness assessment on our custom equipment with one of our expert coaches. A $75 courtesy hold secures your spot, and when you choose a program or package, we’ll apply this deposit as a credit — essentially giving you your first session on us!
