New Membership Hold & Freeze Policy - Effective March 1, 2025

At The LIFT Lounge®, we understand that life happens. Whether you need a short break or extended time away, our updated Rollover & Hold Policies provide flexibility while ensuring you stay on track with your fitness goals.

  1. Rollover Credit Policy (No Freeze Needed!)

    Our new membership system allows for rollover credits, eliminating the need for short-term freezes.

    ✅ Any unused session credits automatically roll over into your next 4-week cycle before they expire at the following interval.

    ✅ No need to request a hold for short absences! Simply use your rolled-over sessions in your next cycle.

    ✅ Seamless scheduling flexibility without membership disruptions.

    💡 What This Means: If you miss a session or two, they will roll over to your next cycle—no hold request required!

  2. Extended Travel Hold Policy (For 4+ Week Absences)

    For members traveling for extended periods (such as snowbirds), we offer a paid hold option to keep your membership active while securing your current rate.

    🔹 Paid Hold Details

    $99/month hold fee (applies to both Full Schedule and Limited Schedule memberships).

    Maximum hold duration: 6 consecutive months per year.

    After 6 months, membership must resume, or members must cancel and rejoin at the current rate.

    💡 Bonus for Pre-Scheduling Your Return!

    📢 Members who pre-schedule their return date will receive TWO free full-schedule bonus sessions when they reactivate their membership.

    This ensures long-term travelers keep their current rates at The LIFT Lounge.

  3. Additional Terms & Considerations

✔️ The extended hold option is retroactive, meaning current members can take advantage of it immediately.

✔️ Membership cancellations after a hold require rejoining at the current rates.

✔️ Holds must be requested in advance—no backdated holds will be applied.

✔️ Medical hold exceptions: If you require a freeze due to medical reasons, please contact us for accommodations.

How to Request a Hold?

  1. Submit a hold request at least 14 days in advance of your next billing cycle.

  2. Specify your hold duration (1-6 months).

  3. If applicable, pre-schedule your return to receive your 2 free bonus sessions upon reactivation!
