I met Ky Evans in January 2017 and he introduced me to workouts that changed my life. I had always been an athlete in high school and college but I had never been in as great of shape as I had been when working out with him. And it wasn’t just the workout, it was the experience. It was truly incredible. He has a gift.
And that’s how The L.I.F.T. Lounge ®️ was born! We decided he needed to share his gift with the world.
We believe fitness is about so much more than just a workout. We believe EVERY BODY is welcome. Our core guiding principles are to “in service” of our clients and to truly get to know them and their goals. Our mission is to create a fun and accepting atmosphere that changes the world, one body at time!
