Being a teen and young athlete can be challenging both physically and mentally. The best thing we can do is make our youth strong.
At our studio, our teen and young athlete fitness program is founded on two primary goals.
The first goal is to help our youth develop a love for health and fitness that lasts into adulthood. Studies show that exposing our adolescents to fitness can build strong bones and muscles, control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions.
Our second goal is to build strength to protect our youth from sport-related injuries. Building strength is a crucial part of keeping our teens’ developing bodies safe.

Your teen will develop movement patterns that will increase core strength, improve mobility and make them less likely to get injured in sports.
Healthy habits
Our semi-private and private sessions help teens develop a lifelong love of health and fitness.
TEAMWORK & COMRADERY
Semi-Private Sessions teach teamwork and comradery. Semi-Private workouts create a positive environment for teens through inspiration, communication and encouragement.
